Ron Paul Is A Good Choice

Ron Paul seems to be a good choice for the presidential nomination. A huge obstacle for Ron Paul is that not very many people know who he is. 2008 is a campaign on money. So far none of the candidates appear to take strong positions. I'm afraid that this campaign will be run solely on money, and ideas will be lacking. Ron Pauls' Libertarian past may also be a problem with the neo-cons, and that the neo-cons will try to destroy Ron Paul. Ron Paul has never renounced his lifetime membership as a libertarian. Some people may consider this as flip-flopping questioning his loyalty to the party. The problem with John Edwards is that he is a democrat that appears to be, becoming increasingly liberal as time goes by. McCain isn't the ideal candidate but has shown in the past to be a supporter of bi-partisan efforts which is extremely important in a Democratic congress. I do like Ron Paul though. More on this later.
